Playing games instead of refunding as promised

<p>In reply to my post from Tuesday 11 April 2017, where I asked Me & You Mobile where the rest of my refund was, I still have no answer, after I received this message:</p> <p>Karisha Govender (me&you mobile)</p> <p>Apr 11, 14:07 CAT</p> <p>Hi Zelda</p> <p>We will send through a request to the billing department to found out if they is any other amount that is due.</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>My reply to them today 12 April 2017 is:</p> <p>Karisha</p> <p> Can I make it real simple?</p> <p>I paid R500 deposit.</p> <p>You charged my credit card account with the amount of R704 odd cents. This included itemised billing and apparent calls from the previous month, where I exceeded my bundle.</p> <p>In the attached invoice of Feb 2017, you charged me R400 for the bundle. Of which, you only let me use R200. The rest, you *****edly made me pay out-of-bundle rates for, to the tune of R306. Effectively charging me for full bundle (but I got half) and out of bundle, totalling R706 for something that should have cost R400. ONLY</p> <p>The way I see it - I should not have to pay the R306 as I clearly ordered a R400 bundle - WHICH YOU GAVE ME R200 worth of calls BUT DOUBLE CHARGED ME - R400 for calls of R200. IF YOU NEVER DID FALSE ADVERTISING, saying that you could change bundles anytime (but this is a LIE because you still only allocate the previous same bundle - and this LIE you call 'PRO-RATING') I would have used the R400. Clear and simple.</p> <p>That means I paid the R400 for the bundle I ordered. And you can stick the R306 where the sun don't shine because I do not owe it.</p> <p>You, Me&You Mobile, clearly showed that you considered it TO BE A R400 bundle AS THAT IS WHAT YOU TOOK FROM MY BANK!</p> <p>So AT THIS POINT OF TIME: You have refunded R192. So where is the rest of my deposit? The R308=R500?<br />Even if you want to be sly, you can argue that you overcharged me by R200 on the Feb account. But that I owe R200 (which is already paid in the R704 where I was overcharged R200) +R306 (out of bundle calls)which adds up to R506 for February</p> <p>The Math would be simple:<br />Credits Z Hancke: R200+ R500=R700<br />Debits still outstanding (R306)</p> <p>R700<br />- R306<br />=R394</p> <p>But you paid R192</p> <p>Is this now easy enough to understand? Even if me&you tries to double-cross me but changing the story the latter scenario; you'd still be coming up short.</p> <p>Unfortunately for you, I am almost finished with my Financial Planning studies and can actually make elementary sums...</p> <p>BUT Me & You Mobile chose to charge me for the full R400 bundle - so YOU HAVE ALREADY EXERCISED YOUR OPTION as to how you wanted to handle the situation.</p> <p>Thus my dear, I am waiting for my R308.</p> <p>And I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO THE ADVERTISING AUTHORITIES BOARD FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AS WELL.</p> <p>Expect this letter to go up on Hello Peter as well.</p> <p>Zelda Hancke</p>
