Pathetic service, stay away

#Pathetic_service stay away, I have received my router and sim kit 3 weeks ago however they cannot seem to link up the service, numerous calls made to their service team without any resolve, when you request to speak to a supervisor, conveniently there is none available.I attempted to raise a formal complaint and eben that was in vain and not acknowledged. Stay away from this provider!!!
