Pathetic service - impossible to get a job done

Absolutely pathetic service. My office number stopped working 8 days ago. I called in about 20 times, and every agent gave me a different story. Eventually they said my Sim card must be too old and is not working, and would therefore need to order a new one, which would take 7-14working days. I explained that I cannot wait without a business phone for that long, and canceled the contract and requested that it be placed on prepaid so that I can port it. 48 hours later, I called to confirm that it was on prepaid and only then did I get a new contract to be ported to the number. They have now rejected my port saying that I am still on contract.. Absolutely pathetic service. Nobody can give me a turnaround time for this to be resolved and I'm losing business as the hours pass me by
