Pathetic service

I cancelled 2 months ago. I called many times and spoke to many people. I was debited again on the 5th of November for 86 Rands and no one has responded to my e mails to explain this or credit my account. This is after numerous calls advising them that I received an sms stating that I will be debited. Christine Horn bring the last person to mail me 2 weeks ago asking me to send proof of debit. Really. The entire business should shut down and stop trading cause the lack of feedback send service is zilch. I'm over being angry
