Pathetic service

My wife bought 5GB of data Yesterday , this morning she had to travel back from Cape Town and the data was still not loaded.So she could not use her GPS.She was really scared and after i contacted Me & You Mobile the agent "Ashmika" was not willing to help at all. This is not the first or second time this happens where data that is already paid for is not activated on the account. I will advise anyone thinking of joining them to please NOT!!!!
