Pathetic non service

I joined in November. I was billed R300. I had 60gig. By end December I still had 45 gig left. I was billed R450 for December I got 60 gig. Today is the 10th and I have 44 gig left. My pattern of use has not changed from last but something is obviously wrong. I e mailed me and you mobile. No answer. I called *** that on the website. Number does not exist. Do these companies really think that the south african public are imbeciles. I'm annoyed and once again let down. I'm yet to find a service provider that's honest and gives superior service. This company needs to be shut down. Pathetic or actually no service. Why bother having contact numbers and e mail addresses when you have no intention of actually using it to assist your subscribers.
