Pathetic customer service !

Firstly it took me three days to cancel my unlimited contract. Then after cancelling get told I owe money. Great no problem. Then this month I get debited for over R 400 for a sim card that they have cancelled already! When I call the call centre I get hung up on. And then when I ask to speak to a Manager I get out on hold for 10 minutes. Only to be called the completely incorrect name... And get hung up on again!!! I have never experienced such utter in competence and pathetic service in all my life.
