Number held as randsom and ******* debiting of my account digusting

I have been going back and forth with you company in regard to my porting. Its has been two months and it has still not been rectified and the most annoying part is that I am using the number on two different networks. IT IS CAUSING MASSIVE INTERAPTIONS IN MY BUSINEES. Also my account has been debited off my account. Its ******* to debit without my consent. Also I am able to call out from two networks with same number.
