Good day

I received the above sms relating to an account that you cancelled because you did not want to honour the agreement with one of your sales consultant who sold us an unlimited, unthrotled plan but instead you wanted to place us on the 20GB plan.

You collected your router after listening to the sales call. A month ago you deducted money from my account without authorisation as you cancelled the agreement.

Today you are threatening to take further action against us. Please see the above sms. You further require payment of R398 which we do not know where it comes from.

If you wish to reinstate the agreement as per the sales call please feel free to do so. We will gladly accept the agreement. If you do not wish to reinstate the agreement, please do not contact or send us smses and emails but if you want to reinstate the agreement feel free to contact us on the following telephone numbers ***or ***.

Please reply to this email addresses. NB: We urge you to listen to the sales call and subsequent calls that we had with yourselves before you terminated the agreement unilaterally.

From

Mahlatse and Jeffrey Mphaki
