No support, charging after cancellation and all with a thank you for chatting with us

Shocking reception and sent links to buy my own booster at vast expense. To not answering at the call centre when they've cut you off due to public holiday transactions, to not cancelling my contract on live chat and charging me TWO months after cancellation date. This "service" get my irate thumbs down. With you credit card details they can do what they want and make it up as they go along and keep charging you as they see fit and take ZERO responsibility for it. No, this company has the wrong idea about serving customers. Don't go there.
