Network down AGAIN
<p>This is the thrid time in weeks that I am unable to make calls. there are incoming ability. I called 140 for customer support and they dont answer!!!!! This comnay has no regard fro their customers. </p> <p> </p>
Kindly note the network is offline and the I.T department is currently working on it to have this resolved as soon as possible.
We would like to apologise for the inconveniences and frustration caused.

What is unnacceptable is that when Me&You mobile goes down (which is ever so often now) they dont answer their service centre calls.
The apology is mere jargon because they have generic expalinations whenever you have a complaint.
You send them an email with your complaint and you get an automated response saying "type your complaint her" ---- this nothing more than another email reply. I trie dthat and they never get back to you -- EVER!
Its the worst service ever!!!!
