MONEY ****** FROM MY ACCOUNT by ME & You Mobile!!! 2 WEEKS STILL NO REFUND

Meandyoumobile stole over R1600 from my account 2 weeks back - I reported the issue and they said they would fix it in 7-14 days. Its 2 weeks later and they still haven't and they keep making excuses and patronizing me.
