Me&you mobile useless

I have instructed me and you mobile to cancel my contract and put my numbers onto prepaid. .. Only 1 number has been transferred onto prepaid..the other number is still on contract after numerous calls.. the annoying part is that I am still getting debited for my monthly payment which I requested to get cancelled..they fail to call back..they fail to update their system on time .. customer has to do all the follow ups .really disappointing..
