Me&you Mobile suspends account 4 times after they *****ed up

M&Y double invoiced in Nov and neglected to cancel/rescind a MTN data card mid 2020 (confirmed) (lack of proper instructions as well). Billing incorrect and account incorrect - they neglect to run debit order, but every week for 4 weeks in a row now have suspended my phone service (this after reinstating it after spending an hour with them on the phone every time). Numerous emails are ignored even if proven to be received. and even sent them an analysis of the account. No response & no reconnection now.
