I have received the worst service from this company, I received a router and a SIM card 6 days ago, I tried to connect it but there is no connection at all, I spoke to 5 different agents and none of them have come back to me. The most disturbing part is that they debited me for the sim and router however I’m told that I’m not on their database. This is so frustrating because I paid for something that isn’t working at all
