Me & you?? Soon to be me & someone else!

I am amazed at how difficult it is to deal with Me&You mobile, especially around account payments. I have had constant issues since the inception of my contract. I have proactively tried to rectify many of these, however interactions have been a nightmare. I am baffled by Me&You's systems - or should I say lack there of! Looking forward to cancelling my sims with this provider.
