Me and you mobile is the worst

So for the past few months the signal was very bad. This month I am almost permanently on no internet. Tried calling the contact canter you don't get through. When I did get through they agent said that I used all my data 250gig gone??? This is impossible, request to speak to a manager and they just drop the call. Do not use them as they do not get back to you vie email or phone calls. Will not recommend them to y worst enemy
