ME AND YOU MOBILE IS BS

If I could give a negative rating I would. 1. No network when there is loadshedding (won't be able to make calls or even send a whatsapp message) 2. *****ic IT department: Completely incapable of performing a change of ownership on sim cards (5 of them tried and 'escalated' it to supervisors who are even more ***********.) over a period of 3 months with no resolution. 3. They will double charge you on your 'unlimited calls' bundle and hope you don't realise it and then make it extremely difficult for you to get your money back. 4. Cancelling the sim card contracts with them has been almost as difficult as performing the change of ownership. 5. I have not been billed the same amount by them twice; for a contract that is apparently quite rigid, the amount to be paid to them fluctuates significantly every month Worst network I have ever used. Please save yourself from the mental trauma of dealing with this useless company and staff.
