ME and You mobile delivers POOR SERVICE

My husband and I are both with Me&you. Its been 2 days that we cant receive message and calls, or send messages or make calls, AS WELL as NO INTERNET and what's app. They don't even have the decency to apologise or let us know. And there is no answer if we call them. This lack of service happens on a regular basis
