Me and You Mobile are ***********

We are very unhappy with the service received from Me and You Mobile

My husband and I have both had contracts with me and you for almost 3 years and we are constantly struggling with signal

My husband can on many occasions not phone out and then if he does get through to someone many times the signal is very bad

On 19 April the network was totally down, he couldn't make calls, he cod only receive calls. He was also not able to send or receive whatsapps, send ir received emails or get sms messages

He was also not able to use the internet or Google maps

He phoned me and you numerous times and his network coverage was only restored the afternoon of 25 April

Now Me and You says that HD is lying and that there was nothing wrong with his network coverage and that he carbon get compensated for the inconvenience because there was no inconvenience according to them

They are also not willing to compensate me for having to do my own work, miss appointments and errands due to my husband having to use my phone for navigation, sending and receiving emails and whatsapp messages to meet his obligations and appointments. To make calls with my airtime and use my data. They are not willing to compensate me either for the inconvenience
