Me and you bad service ****

Three weeks ago I have bought a 40 gig sim card for R199 from me and you mobile .On the second day of receiving it I registered and rica the sim and today 3weeks later the sincard has never work yet I am still struggling to get it to work after 18 emails back and forth with the company they now do not want to refund me on that purchase. First they asked for my bank details then after they claim I am not scheduled for any refunds this is after they asked me to forward my details after I sent it .This is smelling more and more like a **** .I was emailed to from a Brevyn michael Govender and although he hasnt helped me solve this problem still asks me to rate hes service .I will never recommend them as I am still waiting on my monies or a replacement sim card .
