this company doesn't even deserve 1 star , they are outright ***** , i have had problems with them from the start with my LTE line, even when i signed up i was informed it was a month to month basis ,that's why i signed up now a cancellation fee applies when i was told there wasn't and i have to pay for them to pick up the router the amount comes to more that the month fee which is nonsense , you can never get a hold of anyone on the telephone either spent over 30 min on the line waiting to speak to someone and never got any joy , don't ever make the mistake of joining this company , total *******s
