M & You - Awefull Service

I have received the worst service ever from Me & You Mobile in the last three weeks. It took forever to deliver my router. then for the last two weeks I had no use of the router or data as it was not connected. Why the help desk is there at all I have no idea as they could not give me any information or help regarding my problem. I swear if I heard the words 24 to 48 hours once more I was going to explode. I now cancelled my contract and will not pay them a cent.
