Issue with making, Receiving calls,data and whatsapps on MeandYou Mobile since 01 August 2021

Since the beginning of August i have had problems with this provider, I have been a client of MeandYou Mobile for about 6 years for which period i could have guaranteed this service provider and rated them 10 out of 10. I purchased an iphone 12 recently and since then i have had problems making and receiving calls,mails and whatsapps. the irony of the case is that i have been in contact with MeandYou Mobile maytime and every time i am told that they have escalated the problem to CellC, we got a reference number from the MeandYou Mobile consultant and were told that the problem would be resolved, to date 14 September to problem still persists, This number is my primary number and i have had to make use of a MTN sim in this same phone which has been working, however the actual problem is that I have been home recovering from open heart surgery thus i can not get to MeandYou Mobile to resolve this matter. I am happy to stay with MeandYou Mobile if the matter can get resolved but will have to port my number if this matter is not resolved this week as im back on duty from next week.
