Increase prices without notice or option to cancel
Was happy with the service until today, I added a 5GB internet bundle to my account every month for R299. Today I see they pushed up the price by R100 and the unlimited calls by R50. I got a message about the R50 increase in the price for the unlimited calls, but they "forgot" to let me know about the data increase and just added it to my bill for the end of the month. So my new opinion on Me&You mobile... Stay away. I have cancelled my account, let us see how much more they try and milk out of me.
