Horrified with the lack of customer service

I have been a customer for over 3 years with me & you mobile,But since December 2020 I have had billing issues that cannot seem to be resolved. Despite making regularly payments every month my lines are cut or suspended more than once in a month. I have spoken to numerous service consultants with no success. I have emailed your support team with no success to date. I have requested to speak to a senior in the business but they are never available to take calls. They make promises to return calls but never do. Your service is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Please can Mr Swart respond as the lack of good customer service will ***** the reputation and credibility of the organisation.
