Horrible and horrible!!!!!!

Horrible experience I'm going through now, the debit my money anyhow they want, my subscription was canceled in November 2020 yet till today may 2021 they still go into my account sometimes, twice per months different amounts, when I send query they say is not them they ddnt debit any money from my account since January,I provided with my bank statements, they still can't refund me... Im not using any of their service....yet they are billing me like mad.
