<p>i am in the process of opening a case of ***** and theft against this company.</p> <p>they take your bank card details and then put through multiple transactions through for the same charge.</p> <p>when you ask for a refund the stories are long.</p> <p>the bank insists you fill in a dispute form if you want the transaction reversed and this can take up to a month.</p> <p>unless you open a case of ***** on your card.</p> <p>Pathetic!!!!</p>
