dishonest and *********
i was called by retention when i cancelled my contract as i breached the 150 number limit. i was i could carry on despite breaching the policy - now my package has been changed - no email was provided no sms not notice as per terms of contract. they *********ly did not mention in the call that i was going to be downgraded to mini me . im still waiting for the past 1 and half weeks for Delarene Pillay to pull the call and get back to me.
