disgusting service with Me & you mobile

disgusting service and they are absolutely inefficient. i went onto prepaid 8 months ago and they still trying to bill me for money i did not spend and then then keep soft locking my phone.. i have told them every month for 7 months that there can not be an amount as i am on pre paid.... i have reported this again and now no response.
