DEBITED ACC WITHOUT SERVICES
MY LINE WAS CANCEL ON 10TH DEC AND PAID UP TO DATE ON 18.12.2015. NOW ALL OF SUDDEN THEY DEBITED R121.62 TO MY ACC ON 01.02.2016. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ON END OF DEC, END OF JAN BUT THEY CHARGE ME IN FEB 2016. NO POSITIVE RESPONSE ON CALL CENTRE.<br> MY CONTRACT MOBILE NO IS ***. H MALEK
