Danie Swart, what is happening?

Danie Swart needs to shake up his finance department. For 6 months running I get soft locked because they cannot find my payment which is linked to my credit card. Somehow they revert to a disused (2017) credit card every time. I ask, I plead, I rant and rave but true as Bob, next month it happens again. I was even forced to re-submit my credit card details 3 months ago, but despite that, they go back to the 2017 one EVERY TIME. Good grief you have become a pathetic bunch!
