Confused???

Admin of me& you is a stuff up. Customer Care Consultants is confusing themselves. The 1 consultant tell me different stories as from the others. I am on unlimited talk since last year and every moth i pay more or less the same amount - June i had a big fright The account was huge I phoned them and they logged a call - now i have unlimited talk time that cost me an extra R200 plus and then I have got 5GB data that also cost me R200 plus more a month since May. They gave me credit now I have received my July statement but there is no credit shown and the account is also an huge amount. How can the data be that much as I have WiFi at work and at my house???5 GB???????????And the best of al each time i speak to a consultant they have a different story the 1 lady should of logged a call never did I am waiting for a response I want to know what is happening otherwise I will go to a another service provider. Can someone phone me that has got a little more experience than others please?????????
