Cannot make changes online!
Despite my numerous escalations to their call centre, nothing is done as I cannot make changes to my account on my online profile. Requested a soft lock on sim, cannot be done online. CAn only be done by calling their call centre which closes at 7PM!!!!<br> <br> Asked them to do a soft lock but am still bale to utilise the sim!<br> <br> Nobody bothers to get back to me after a week of complaints!
