Can not get any service for the last week!

Ive called and complained about the lack of service Ive been getting. It started a week ago and all everyone can tell me is that they can log it to cell c. I need my phone to work during the day and I get constant missed call notifications and my phone didnt even ring. Ive switch my phone manually to Vodacom and all I can do is call. No data except edge works on Vodacom. Cell C works in town only for a few minutes then switches over to Vodacom. I do not know if you have problems with Cell C and Vodacom but you need to fix it otherwise Ill be forced to switch back to Vodacom or even Cell C. My phone has been pretty much useless for the last week. I pay for the 5 GB data and I can tell you now I wont be able to use more than 300 mb the rest of the month of how slow Vodacom. Please do something to fix this problem or I will cancel by the end of the month to a service provider that works.
