I share your sentiments as my nightmare is a carbon copy of yours. (Except for my issue dating back to 2016)

However, 2yrs later (24th May 2018), this debt collecting company called MBD has called to say that I have an outstanding payment of R10k owed to them on behalf of 'Me&You Mobile'

I asked for a statement/invoice reflecting this amount but 'Prudence @ MBD says they have no documents whatsoever except the amount i apparently owe. The Manager @ Me & You Mobile's accountancy dept. confirmed that the system doesn't show any outstanding invoices but will check with I.T to confirm??? I.T? She asked for a few days to secure the statement.

Perhaps we should create a case with the many other disgruntled victims this network has ****med ?
