*********** billings team and poor internal processes. Me and you mobile has failed me and left me with no services for more than 3 months now. I've been sent from pillar to pillar. Spoken to several agents from collections yet can't can't explain my billings, agents from Client services who always say the managers are in a meeting as part of their script🤔. It took me over 3 months to eventually speak to a manager namely Lebo(KZN office) and another Lebo(CPT office) they've both over promised and have failed to deliver after I sent them proof of my payments.

In closing I've been with Me and you mobile for over 8 years now and feel this merger with Uconnect will be the downfall of me and you mobile, a merger that we were not even informed of as clients.
