Best internet and meandyou mobile BAD SERVICE

Everything they suggest has not worked, they keep escalating with no feed back, even when requesting a manager to call you back, nothing, their service sucks big time, they partner with Best internet who buys the data from MTN uses meandyou mobile to deliver the router and sim card but that is where it stops, neither Best Internet or meandyou mobile are delivering the after sales service, yet they want to be paid, i was told i could get up to 20mbps on this router,in the very short 4 days that i had internet and the router working tested via ooklay internet speed and guess what i only got something like 3mbps but worse problem is this is a money making scheme, **** or whatever one wants to call it DO NOT USE BEST INTERNET OR MEANDYOU MOBILE, I am disabled pensioner and have no transport, they are both the pits
