Bad Service, Taking money without concent

Over the last year I have experienced the most horrible and unprofessional service ever experienced in the mobile network industry.

Their slogan "not frills, no fuzz" is totally the opposite. It is all frillz and lots of fuzz.

Money get deducted from my bank account, only for them to forget about it. Once they where contacted it takes 3 weeks to get your money.

Guys there are many other networks out there that provides a mich better service. I reallt dont care what they say. Never they had the decency to phone a client and apologize for their bad service.
