BAD SERVICE, NO REFUND AFTER MONTHS!

I would like to mention that Me and you mobile has now owed me a refund on overpayment of my cellphone account for more than 5 weeks! I phone tem on a daily basis and they always confirm that a refund is due to me and that it is in process. No refund has been made to me as of yet. I am extremely unhappy with their bad customer service. I will never use them again.
