Bad service

I am disappointed in the lack of information when signing up. I was not told that my cell has to be on prepaid and when I wanted to port I was told only prepaids can port to them. Now I have to proof I have paid before getting my refund but they had no problem and sign me up with out proof of payment. Utterly disgusted and diappointws with them. Be careful out there and make sure you do their job for them by asking all the questions before signing up
