Avoid Signing Up

Extremely poor customer service, and support from Me&YouMobile.

Firstly they are not helpful at all, when calling them being whatever department you wait nearly 30 minutes. Raising the concern regarding my sim card which still has not yet been ported, and sitting without a active sim card because they clearly don't know what they are doing. Their customer service representative clearly need to be trained on "customer service" because they are not there to attend to a customer. So anyone looking to sign up or port a number to them please reconsider. FYI the only network which also does not support WIFI calling!! What a joke in 2020. Stay Away From Me&YouMobile
