Appalling customer service: voicemail problem

<p>I reluctantly joined meandmobile in mid Nov 16. For a while now I've had an issue with my phone not allowing callers to leave voice messages despite an active voice mail system. I've reported the matter to meandmobile costumer service and no one seems to have a clue on what the problem is or how to resolve it. Days after internal escalation of matter to their technical/IT department the matter remains unresolved. I've called Cell C for assistance as meandyou mobile uses their network and they referred me back to meandyoumobile as my no doesn't reflect on their system.</p> <p>Anyone with technical expertise on how to resolve voice mail issue, suggestions welcome!</p>
