And the lies and stories continue....

See my review below. Once again this company lies and NEVER delivers. No wonder they are rated a 1 star by everybody except the **** reports. Prenolin promised to come back to me on Friday last week, after they took my R398 and still refused to open my line again. They will probably say they have tried to phone but that is also a LIE because there are no missed calls. This company is a joke. Their billing department is a joke. Their staff all lie and they treat their customers like common ****s. NEVER USE THEM unless you want to experience the worst service in the country. Prenolin you can keep my money that your company refuses to acknowledge. I already have at least 11 people who are wanting to cancel their lines with you.

Hi Rafick,  I have tried contacting you many times on Friday, Monday and Tuesday at varying times. 
Your account has been reconciled and we have found no payments to match the proof of payments (from FNB) that you have sent through. We have been in contact with the bank and they are unable to trace these payments based on the tracking numbers on the proof supp****. In light of this we are unable to reinstate your line.
If you could kindly contact me on ***so we can discuss further.

All the lies for R398. You can keep your ill gotten gains.
The members in our Mosque have all agreed to remove their contracts with a company who treats clients like this. No need to respond because I am totally done with your company
