absolutely pathetic!

I have been a faithful me and you client for a few years now, and have put up with their incompetence for the sheer fact their service was cheap, but now i see that you get what you pay for. After being double billed, having no cellphone service, package changed without permission etc... But now its the last straw, yesterday i tried to call to see what my bill was. 1- Customer service number does not exist, 2- website contact details are incorrect. 3- I get told that i owe R3000 because they dont have proof of payments and finally i ask for a manager to call me and im still waiting... absolutely pathetic.
