3 more than 3 days without service

Since Friday my phone has been Barred NOT because i did not pay it but as per me&you its an IT problem, I phoned them Friday They said they will get back to me After waiting the whole day phoned again just before 17:00 They said they cant help me because the IT dep closes at 16:00. The whole weekend without service. Its Monday now - I phoned the this morning again now they are saying IT takes 24 hours before solving problems.... WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO!!!!! CANT PHONE ANYBODY IF NEEDED. I AM A MOTHER OF A 3 YEAR OLD???
