Horrible
In Kathu you never get your full order. Always have to park. Just bought boerie hasbrowns x5 and chips x3. Needed to park for 20 mins. Came home just to find only 4 burgers and no chips in bag. Horrible horrible horrible service.

FALS ADVERTISING OF PRIDUCTS
I went to McDonald's East Rand Mall Boksburg to buy the kiddies meals for my grandparents because the Hello Kitty toys are advertised. I ordered 2 meals, at no stage anyone informed me that there is no Hello Kitty toys availae, nor is there a sign indicating that there is no stock available. Onlt after paying and I got the toys which are such outdated old ******* toys I saw it was not what I went there for and then was told its out of stock. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND FALS ADVERTISING. IF THEY DON'T HAVE SOMETHING AS ADVERTISED, THEY SHOULD INFORM APERSON BEFOR PAYMENT. I RECEIVED a call from the store where I was told to read the terms and conditions, what a load of ****. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD BEFORE PAYING OR WHEN ORDERING, THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THE FOOD. THIS IS FALS ADVERTISING. I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY SAY. THIS IS CONSTANTLY THE ISSUE WITH. Worst Service - Worcester Mountain Mill
Horrible service experience walkin, sit in order. You need to run arround asking items not included on your meal, like you did not pay or you eating on debt. Why short items, when order is paid in full! Very disappointed with staff service

McDonald's The Pearls Umhlanga Rocks Durban - Poor Service
McDonald's The Pearls Umhlanga - I ordered an SA Breakfast via Uber Eats and added extra Egg and extra Onion. I received my order on time and sealed. When i opened my order, there was NO Beef Patties in my order, no extra egg and no extra onion. I called and spoke to Phindile from McDonald's Pearl Umhlanga. She confirmed my order based on what she received from her side, which matched what I had ordered. She was NOT willing to correct my order and said there is nothing she can do and that I must contact Uber Eats, they will refund me. I repeatedly asked her to correct my order and she refused and told me to complain via Uber Eats, they will refund me. I have the phone recording of my interactions with Phindile.

Do better, Mc Donald's Oudtshoorn!
I don't always have time to check my order in the mornings. I often stop at McDonald's on my way to work to buy lunch for my daughter and myself whenever I'm running late and haven't had time to prepare lunch at home. The problem is that McDonald's Oudtshoorn ALWAYS gets my order wrong or leaves something out. I usually let it slide, but I am beyond upset about what happened this morning. I ordered a Double Boerie and Egg meal for myself and a Happy Meal for my daughter. When I checked my packet, instead of finding my Double Boerie and Egg burger, I was given a small single cheeseburger! Can you imagine the frustration? I paid for a specific meal and received something completely different. What makes this even more frustrating is that I'm already far away from the store, which means I cannot simply turn around and go back to have my order corrected. McDonald's Oudtshoorn needs to do better! This is not the first time this has happened, and it is becoming unacceptable. The staff need proper training and must pay more attention to order accuracy. Customers should not have to repeatedly deal with incorrect or incomplete orders, especially when they are paying for their meals and trusting the staff to get them right. I am honestly fed up. Mistakes happen, but when they happen repeatedly, it raises serious questions about the level of service being provided. Do better, McDonald's Oudtshoorn!

I don't always have time to check my order in the mornings.
