Mavoni is most reliable fibre network in Cosmo City
Not easy finding a reliable internet service provider generally, but the Mavoni offers a much more reliable and dependable fibre internet service. They are not perfect, but installation is much faster (took 6 days from placing order) and their network is always UP and fast. they communicate any issues promptly. Keep it up guys.

Not easy finding a reliable internet service provider generally, but the Mavoni offers a much more reliable and dependable fibre internet service. They are not perfect, but installation is much faster (took 6 days from placing order) and their network is always UP and fast. they communicate any issues promptly. Keep it up guys.

Great speed, Fair price and excellent service.
I’m really happy with Mavoni Fibre. The speed is excellent, the price is very reasonable for what you get, and the customer service was top-notch. Installation was quick, neat, and professional. On top of that, the fibres feel durable and solid. Definitely recommend Mavoni Fibres to anyone looking for reliable service.

I’m really happy with Mavoni Fibre. The speed is excellent, the price is very reasonable for what you get, and the customer service was top-notch. Installation was quick, neat, and professional. Avoid Mavoni Tech at All Costs
The worst fibre service providers I have ever dealt with. The internet connection constantly becomes extremely slow or almost unusable, especially around month-end and the beginning of the month. The Wi-Fi regularly loses connection, and whenever there is a power outage, there is a good chance you will be left struggling to reconnect. What makes the experience even worse is the customer service. Instead of providing proper support, they often give short, unhelpful responses and then try to shift the blame onto the customer. Once they have said what they want to say, they simply ignore further messages, leave them on read, and stop responding altogether. As I write this review, I have been without internet for two days despite having paid for the service. My calls have been ignored, my messages have been blue-ticked, and even requests to cancel the service and discuss a refund have gone unanswered. Being expected to pay for a service that is not being provided, while being completely ignored by support, is unacceptable. A fibre provider's most basic responsibilities are to deliver a stable connection and provide assistance when things go wrong. In my experience, Mavoni Tech has failed at both. The lack of communication, poor support, and recurring connection problems have made this one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had. Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and endless frustration. There are far better providers available that actually value their customers and respond when problems arise.

MAVONI FIBRE SERVICE UNBELIEVABLE SHOCKING.
I asked these people to reset my password, and they gave instructions which i did not understand, thereafter they offered a technician upon trying to meet the technician by the gate he was gone in 10 mins of us walking to the gate im not sure if we were supposed to fly. We surely work out of town and sometimes the Wi-Fi is not used ...The other time the technician just came in the house without even knocking to ask if we were using the router Zero apologies from them,
