Warning! Horrible customer service and rediculous return policy.
Bought a display port to hdmi cable for R400 from Durban branch only to discover when got to the office that it was just a std hdmi to hdmi cable. They refused to credit or replace even though all the packaging was wrong. After a huge fuss they gave me a R400 30 day in store credit.

Matrix Warehouse Cresta: Mduduzi is the best!
Outstanding service from Matrix Warehouse Cresta! A massive thank you to Mduduzi, who did an amazing job repairing my laptop. It’s working perfectly! He was super patient, knowledgeable, and happy to explain everything to me. The whole staff at this branch is efficient and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've used their services a number of times, and it's always Service Excellence. Thank you

Pathetic service from Matrix Warehouse Computers
I took a Matrix branded UPS to the Lemon Tree store in Alberton and asked them to send it away for repair. I stated that I knew it was out of warranty. A few weeks later, I get a call stating that it was "out of warranty and cannot be repaired" This is just PATHETIC SERVICE as I knew it was out of warranty and I stated the fact when I took it in for repair. If this is the sort of service that I get in the future, I certainly wont be dealing with Marix again!

Poor management & lack of customer service.
I took my Lenovo laptop which had screen problem,it was not turning. I was assisted by Alex.He manage to fix my screen then I requested him to add the second ram in my laptop. as he was opening the laptop to install the 2nd ram he broke the part that conceal the laptop wires between the screen and the key board.I notice that he broke it but he never told me about the damage he caused..I confronted him about it he then stick that part with super glue and told me it was temporary while he will be ordering the broken part then I left the store. He never called me about the part until I made a follow up.He told me the factories are closing I must allow 8 weeks. Still he never gave me any feedback until I got angry and went to speak to the manager who called himself Nick.He was resistances to give me his name.I relate the story then he called Alex who said the part has not arrived and claim that he lost my numberthat the reasonfor not contactingme.. Now the manager said they will make a quotation they will order the part and I must pay for that part I refuse to pay ,and told them I am not the one who broke my laptop. Nick ask me who must pay for that part?.I told him he manages the store not me. Todate I I'm still sitting with a broke wraged laptop. All because of Alex and Nick the manager.

Matrix Warehouse Alberton needs a wakeup.
When a company the size of Matrix Warehouse sells a PC, one would think that they trust them out and offer after sales support. Dream on. I bought a Blackview Mini PC... I don't have all the info because it isn't working. Graphics card problems continuously, that's if the machine boots up. The Blackview is a piece of garbage. Doesn't boot up. Turns off by itself. Not nearly as good as they make it sound in their adverts. And then have the audacity to say the guarantee is only for 21 days after purchase. Happily took my R5000+. Afterwards service stinks.

Formal Complaint: Misleading Pricing and Poor Service at Matrix Cresta Store
Dear Matrix Head Office I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at your Matrix Warehouse Cresta branch. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a webcam that was advertised online at a price of R370. However, upon arriving in-store, I was informed that the same product was being sold at R500. At no point during the online browsing or purchasing process is it clearly communicated that in-store pricing may differ from online pricing—despite the website offering an “in-store collection” option. This is misleading and creates a false expectation for customers. In addition, your website’s geolocation system appears to be fundamentally flawed. While physically present in the Cresta store, I was informed online that the nearest stores with stock were Benoni and Amanzimtoti. This is both inaccurate and unacceptable, especially for a system designed to guide purchasing decisions. What was most concerning, however, was the complete lack of support from the store manager. When I raised these issues and requested assistance, I was simply told that they were “unable to assist.” I then asked if the store could contact head office or someone responsible for online systems to resolve the issue, and once again, I was told this could not be done. At no point did the store manager make any effort to engage, investigate, or attempt to resolve the matter. The level of indifference and unwillingness to assist a customer—particularly one ready to make a purchase—was unacceptable. The overall impression was one of complacency and a complete disregard for customer service. As a paying customer, I find this experience deeply disappointing. Between misleading pricing, a dysfunctional online system, and poor in-store service, this interaction reflects very poorly on your brand. I request the following: A clear explanation regarding the discrepancy between online and in-store pricing Clarification on your policy regarding price matching for online-listed products An investigation into the functionality of your website’s geolocation system Feedback on how this level of customer service will be addressed at the Cresta branch I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate steps will be taken to prevent similar experiences for other customers. I look forward to a response.
