Pathetic service from Matrix Warehouse Computers

I took a Matrix branded UPS to the Lemon Tree store in Alberton and asked them to send it away for repair. I stated that I knew it was out of warranty. A few weeks later, I get a call stating that it was "out of warranty and cannot be repaired" This is just PATHETIC SERVICE as I knew it was out of warranty and I stated the fact when I took it in for repair. If this is the sort of service that I get in the future, I certainly wont be dealing with Marix again!
